Quite some snowfall in the evening but it was too warm (about +3°C) so it melted almost instantly

According to one of my mates in Canada it was -23 C last night!
(can't be arsed looking for the degree sign...although it would have been quicker than typing this explanation as to why I couldn't be bothered...bugger!)

Another friend in New Hampshire says she's expecting 6 inches, tonight. I say she sets her standards way too low.

It's regularly that temperature up here - from the Toronto area I presume, if it's worthy of comment? 

Alberta's actually getting above zero at the moment, just enough to trick us before it dips back into the deep-freeze.

Currently experiencing sloppy weather in Opsaland. Sleet and freezing rain have made a slushy covering on the ground. Snow is forecast for later today into tonight, with accumulation of up to ten inches. I would like to see some snow. Slush just isn't the same.

Heh, last night we even had a tornado warning, temperatures around 20C/65F in the evening a bit hotter during the day.

Whatever the forecast, it will be wet, cool and thus not nice.
Nothing against cool but then it should be either cold with snow or alternatively completely dry.

1C here. London has been grey and dull with biting winds. What we need is gigantic wind deflectors.

Maybe you should caarry a fire extinguisher?

That would just replace one type of foam with another
And too much CO₂ is discouraged, if one has a disturbed acid balance in the stomach.

Griffin needs a giant wind deflector and Swato needs a tiny one, just to cover his nose and mouth.

Swato- do you think it could be winter allergies?

It's snowing here, again. Not sticking much on the pavement, but pretty, floaty flakes.

Seems to be just the cool air. No problem inside.
