rain has gone away in my area for now-- but still part of Interstate I40 -- a main US artery cross country is closed and with a 6 to 7 hour detour from high river over the road. ARGH--- but will have sun, sun lovely sun for a few days--- on a gross note-- the house I rent is very old and the septic tank is underneath the carport and well it was pumped recently so it could be worse but it overflows when we take showers--- and yes I have thrown a fit at my land lord and am looking for a new place to live-- I know it is swamped due to the ran and no place for the effluent to go but i'm not living in a cess pool.

Quite cool in the morning and evening and slightly too warm in the afternoon (at least if you wear the clothing proper for morning and evening).

Temperatures expected to go to the lower or mid twenties (°C). Maybe a few droplets of rain in the late evening but otherwise sunny weather. And the birches still try to kill me, so I avoid going outside as much as possible and keep the windows closed.

We've had a heavenly week, here. Today we're getting the first in a series of rainy days.

At least the rain will wash away some of the pollen, which is quite heavy.
