I don't know the alcohol laws on Mars. Perhaps they have prohibition.

They are trying to make legal highs illegal here, but can't work out how to do it, because lots of things other than what we call "legal highs" are psychoactive.

I should think it would be even harder to bring in such a law on Mars without a Parliament to debate it.
