No.  It is a parody of Palin and Clinton.

Supposedly, both Sarah Palin and Hillary Clinton were asked to speak at some sort of press conference.

(there is a nice sub-vocal by "Clinton" who said, "and I was told I was the only speaker")

There is a back-and-forth between the two characters, with any number of amusing jokes.  (the best, I think, is where "Clinton" mentions the Bush Doctrine, and "Palin" sub-vocalizes "I don't know what that means")

In the end, "Palin" re-tells the "what's the difference between a hocky mom and a pit bull" all the while, "Clinton" says sub-vocally, "lipstick" at each line, almost ruining the joke.

The final line, by "Clinton" is a gem, too...."Ask her about dinosaurs"....

...well, not the final, final line...that is always, "Live from New York, it's Saturday Night".

Maybe someone will download and upload a non-region coded version.
