Well I couldn't remeber how to spell it or anything but I Googled it  Bandoneon (I knew that these kinds instruments were used with Tango music).

If you were a devotee of the Tango Bar in Costa Rica, you would be familiar with the instrument. The local Internet Morning Paper recognizes it, though the offical Costa Rica tourism site thinks it's an accordion  .
