It is enviable and -from my perspective- one of the things the UK does much better: 6 weeks and the whole thing is done, as opposed to almost two years of campaign with all the stupidity and expense that entails.

So, if the senate confirms him, His Orangeness knows that there are no limits. Still he is asking the senate to completely drop the mandatory confirmation of cabinet posts, allowing him to fill all positions (by recess appointments).
