It would likely be a literal last exhale, the scenario would be a sneeze during a violent decompression on a non orbiting spaceship (for maximum distance), it could be an airlock failure or a midsize puncture on the hull of the ship.

The sneeze would get accelerated by the decompression. A sneeze starts with a strong inhale, which would be impossible, if the decompression was already complete.
What would be required is a sneeze lock and/or a breathing apparatus covering only the mouth, so the sneezer could inhale through that and eject the sneeze through the nose.
