The Hammer film "The Devild Rides Out" was renamed in the US because the distributors feared it could be mistaken for a Western (instead of an occult story set in England). My connection was Dvorak's symphonic poem "The Golden Spinning Wheel", the main theme of which is known as 'king on horseback'
