Very good, generally; she's very into yoga and the like so she's quite, erm, enlightened compared to her previous demeanour.  We are on amicable terms.

Something got me Sunday night and since then my digestion switched to 98% liquid and gurgles loudly bottom to top on a regular base (bubbls going up?).
Only the Sunday late night meal took the reverse and left were it came from otherwise at least the direction is correct.
Got electrolyte to keep system from going off the rail but am not fully sure about dosage (and the taste could be better too).
Doctor appointment in 2 hours.

Just be careful about the fishbones. In my experience (more than two decades old admittedly*) they are difficult to get out and there always remain some however thorough you are. The skin is very rubbery. The flesh looks gray and, I may say so, tastes like it looks. Lemon juice should be considered mandatory. Don't eat the heads. We never did but not because of the poison (we did not know about). The idea of eating fish heads (stewed or not) simply did not occur to us.

*and limited to the specimens from a Norwegian fjord. Looking at wiki entries there is a huge number of species and some are considered delicacies. Those we catched by the dozen were not.
