Raymond Smullyan had a series of logic riddles about day-types and night-types. The one group is always right while being awake (and completely wrong while asleep) the other the other way around. The topic of these riddles was usually to find out to which group somebody belonged and whether he was asleep or awake.

Hope there weren't any Cretians in the groups. That would muddle the results.

Convection oven!!

Want, want, want...heck, i'd settle for a regular oven. Oh, I HAVE one, but the gas service will cost over a thousand dollars to re-plumb and re-install, so it's not working. But, I have a big roaster, and Mom with a full kitchen she never uses, so i'm OK.

And, after turkeying and dressinging and sweet tatering and all, this is my Last Post!! (At least until my hands stop cramping.)

I have gone atavistic too. The neighbours at first protested as I made an open fire on the kitchen floor to roast the wild boar I speared yesterday but the first view of my battleaxe (the object not the person) made them happily retreat. I'll bring them a keg of mead in the evening.
