I have an operation scheduled for August 9th to pull my other wise tooth out. The little f***** can't be pulled out the usual way, as there is some gum over it.

Bloody dentists...

Mine were barely coming in when they were pulled (about your age, I think), so they had to go in and cut great holes in my head.  I was floating somewhere near the ceiling at the time, but remember some distinct crunching sensations. 

I found out later that this particular dental surgeon was known to be a butcher....   as was the surgeon for my appendectomy this year (cut more great holes in me, because he didn't like the modern procedures).  Keeping my fingers crossed to avoid the hospital for a while, because I have bad luck with surgeons.
