I agree, mental. Unable to give informed consent. But which? The eaten or the eater? Or both? Is there a law against it? So many questions. It's not as if they were abandoned at sea in a small boat for eighteen weeks.

Since the eating inevitably involves killing, there are laws against it. The main question is, which one to apply.
First guess would be Tötung auf Verlangen (killing on request, assisted suicide). It is still unlawful but not equal to murder. The request does not absolve the killer because the one making the request lacks the right to do so.

THAT Strauss (not to be confused with the waltz and operetta guys) was the result of a Frankensteinian gene-splice of Wagner with Debussy leading to megalomaniac impressionism. Expressionism is dodekaphony for people suffering from dyscalculia.

I lke some of his stuff very much actually. Others I clearly do not. I stand by the claim that he was a musical megalomaniac (and I do not like dodekaphony). He was also a political opportunist* (by no means the worst though).
