To create that clearly needed a lot of practice.
In Ed Wood's Plan 9 From Outer Space the dead Bela Lugosi was doubled by Wood's chiropractor who did not look at all like Lugosi and therefore had to always hide his face behind the cape.
chi*ro*prac*tic translates literally as using one's hands = manual work
