Yes, I do know that Pachy...... it WAS hell. But, there has to be a way surely?  Power corrupts etc etc.... but that doesn't mean giving up ones rights....

I personally wouldn't advocate giving up all rights, but negiotiating a decent compromise. Fair days wage for a fair days work. A 3 day working week, and getting paid the same as for 5? Hardly fair. Master Printers having to be present to run automated presses, and getting paid for sleeping through their shift? Hardly fair.

The coal industry was shafted by it's own reluctance to invest in machinery and more efficient methods prior to the War, and ridicoulous overspending after it, just before the price of oil dropped.
