I was just talking to a (druggie) friend of mine. He was telling me that his record can't be opened. It was sealed before he turned 18 (so he's good).
He was at the Pentagon when it was attacked, sorta (He and his uncle would have been killed if they'd been on time to his uncle's work, since his office was destroyed).
Why would they seal all the records of all the people there? That seems really weird.

is it an arrest/drug/ record from his juvenile years? that would be a reason for it to be sealed.

His records were sealed prior to his eighteenth birthday because of 9/11. I fail to understand this.

The first thing that pops into my mind is that someone has something to hide and in a paranoid delusion is trying to erase every single thing that may be remotely related.

Of course I thought of that because I am a cynic person, not because anyone in a position of power has ever attempted something like that before...

Same reason a lot of records are sealed from those 'related incidents'.

People's schedules being changed so they weren't at work at the time, then having lots of 'mental health issues' afterward over survivor guilt...

The pentagon attack is ripe for conspiracy theories because there are odd things about it. Most have been debunked but an interesting one is the fact of the plane doing a full roundabout to hit the opposite wing from where Rummy's office were, while a closer hit would have been easier on approach. I am no pilot nor an expert in autopilot to know if the basic program would do that by itself (perhaps it was parallel to the runway in DC or something) but at first glance it looks very bad.
