I assume you mean other than conducting government business via email through a private email system? That's fishy in and of itself.

That's not fishy but stupid, or, the state of Alaska is so poor that they can't afford their own mail server? I guess all those oil royalties are used for more important things, like beautifying your house if you are the governor.

With all the stuff coming out about her (like the rape victims paying for the forensic kits while she was major of Wasilla) that more incriminating stuff wasn't found. My ultra cynic self thinks that having a Y! account in her position is an invitation for a hack, so perhaps they were waiting for it too happen and play the victim card.
