(yah, chemist in-joke.  Tryptamine derivatives include many neurotransmitters and psychedelic drugs, and the closely related AA tryptophan often-quoted as being present in turkey meat. One of my old profs did his doctorate in tryptamine chemistry, and is now working closely with several local vineyards on wine grape chemistry.)
