That she'd love to go there, but given her need to rest so much, an economy flight, on which there's no way to recline and get comfortable would defeat the purpose, as 4-5 days in bed to recuperate would seriously screw with any timetable. (As if there was a way to afford an economy flight, heck, as if there was a way to afford a passport!)
