It seems that there's a kat in the cellar.  A room with a window is better to get rid of the steam during the boil.

Fun fact: doppelbock was invented to sustain monks during Lenten fasting.  While we don't have to succumb to peer pressure and do what all the other monasteries are doing, it might be nice to set aside a month for nothing but beer drinking and reflection.
