St.Augustine solved the crowding of heaven problem and shifted it below.
The LOrd seems to have miscalculated since he originally seems to have made only room for 144K human inhabitants.
It's up to dispute whether HE evicted a lot after St.Augustine came up with the legal justification.

I think may be being 1 year old is quite good. My grandson looks sweetly innocent even when being a rascal (my son thinks the term rascal means bad, but I have always used it as an endearment). Being a rascal includes stuff like chewing electric cables. He hasn't worked out he is not supposed to yet, despite always being instantly picked up and put down the other side of the room, he just crawls straight back, like he hasn't connected the parents actions as relevant, they don't seem to use the word No for anything, my own sons learnt what No meant long before this and obeyed as we only used it for vital stuff like touching the radiators which helped as they quickly got the idea No applied to things that hurt).
