Hm, what about smoking in a space station (normal oxygen partial pressure but significantly reduced atmospheric pressure)?

I think some thought has been put into smoking in the expected sub-marine stations in the future. Also how sparkling wine could sparkle under those conditions. Iirc divers in experimental settings (pressure chamber on land or real underwater houses with no use of an airlock) described the effect as quite bland, also extending to other kinds of food.
