Not sure about the big teeth or eyes; rather I have a very small face.  But LOTS of forehead. 
I look a bit cranially compressed from side-to-side but have the depth and height covered.

Negatory on small feet, although I have very large big toes (with a 'snakehead' shape to them).

I find the relatively high occurrence of "None of the Above" to be most conclusive.

I had fangs but the Vet filed them down.

I had an extra canine that my dentist noticed in x-ray and removed before it actually surfaced.

wow--too bad they were removed-- that would be really neat to see( but maybe painful)

Well, okay, but don't be too scared!!!

The big toes just have a wedge-shape to them, like a viper's head.

PS: I had one fang removed too, but it was not extraneous. I just had too many large teeth in an otherwise small mouth and things were getting crowded.
