The paper work is in the pipeline for my new job
it takes forever
on pins and needles until it either happens ( I hope for it as it is an instant minimum and maybe more 3K raise which ain't chump change plus room for advancement up the ladder) and at a different department
or until it doesn't happen
I mean it is a background check- complete with turn your head and cough (and i'm a girl!) but i've had one for my current job doing the same thing so I don't anticipate problems- but there is always the chance that my being a total brat/ass hat as a teenager will rub them wrong and they will reject me.

Oh and me ships in drydock
