3 Wishes

My kids and I play this one:

What if you had 3 wishes?
Mine are:
- The ability to talk to and understand animals.  (*And* be able to turn it off at will.  Don't need to hear bugs while I'm sleepin'.)
- The ability to heal; but not necessarily mess with the God's domain of life/death.  Just heal.
- Okay yeah... money.  Am I ashamed?  Nope.  I work hard.

- The ability to bring joy.
- The ability to bring food.
- To always have someone to love me.

*** I have no idea what this would turn out to be - it would be a surprise, I suppose.  I'd trust in the wishing process to get it perfect ...

To do anything and everything I want whenever I want where ever I want without limits! 

Of course this means I can do things like solve world hunger and create world peace! What ever I want!!! IMAGINE THE POSISBILITES!!

I think the only wish that could really satisfy me would be to have fun all my life...

2) The ability to understand all kinds of communication and being able to participate (on/off switch desirable)
3) Everything in life in the appropriate amount

1. DeeDee's 'enough' one

2. Having a purse I could pull anything out of (money, a drink, a friend, an elephant)

3. Not for me or anyone to live forever, but for our deaths to be as swift and painless (for both ourselves and our family/friends) as possible.

That last is after watching one grandmother die of dementia and another gradually go downhill with it, but as yet is still alive.

I want to change my wishes...

1. I wish that fifties style diner was still in business ...they made fish and chips that I rate a 10 / 10 ( I have yet to find another that comes remotely close, the last decent place i give a 8.5 / 10  ( That was in 1978 ! ). There is a place on Queen St. I have yet to visit , It has good reviews but hasn't me come by give them a real critique .

2. Also in the late seventies we had a pizza place that made IMO the best pizza ever , I can still taste it ! (as well as fish and chips).The secret was in the sauce and I have yet to figure it out , Mrs. Spadafora's had a awesome recipe ( I'm drooling ),

3. I wish I wrote down all me dear Pappy's recipes...I fear his unique dishes are lost forever ( they never looked that great but ...wow , what incredible flavours and textures .

Cheney impeachment, which would lead to Bush impeachment.

Hillary/Obama to get so tied up in their fight that they're abandoned as hopeless, giving room for the Progressives/Populists to have a say.

A REAL Republican to arise from the tattered Neo-Con Religious Right mess that has been made of the Republican Party.

Mine:
1. That everyone had the ability to pick out a good mate for themselves (God only knows how many heartaches that would save in the long run).

2. That people suddenly became capable of common sense and rationality and compassion.
