This picture looks alot like one of Mr. Ops' parents getting married, but they didn't have an atomic cake.

I didn't even notice they were holding hands.  This isn't a wedding cake is it?

Oh yeah, it's a wedding cake. They're cutting it together. Apparently it's a marriage between an Earthling US Officer and an alien female with an exposed brain. The cutting of the cake symbolizes a pact that neither shall eliminate eachother's planet as long as they both shall live. Awwww....
