About the same three months as me, which sounds low at times.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves and let's not lose precision. Gloating point is 365 days 5 hours 49 minutes

But he does some very long posts. These may take a long time.

But that means you've clocked up 5 days in 11 days. Is that possible?

Actually I am surprised myself.
Shouldn't be more than 8 hours a day given my lack of discipline (and cloudfare unreliability)

Ayuh, many of my larger posts take 2 - 3 hours to compose. Also, I do a lot of hit and runs (quick check-ins, maybe read 1 or 2 threads). I suspect that the forum gives you a certain number of minutes even if the total time spent here is very short.  It seems like it'll show members as online even after they've left the site, then does an auto time-out after a few minutes.  A 15 second check in every 5 minutes might end up looking like a continuous presence.

OTOH, I suspect that merely working on a post does not produce enough activity (without hitting preview) to count as being 'here', so spending an hour on typing something out may not give an hour's time.

A refreshing within 15 minutes is necessary (or opening a new window or posting).
Mere typing does nothing.
If no such activity occurs, the systems does not count up and ignores the time one has merely used to type or read.

Also, I've dropped out of game threads to a large degree, so I have a relatively low post count; if one is playing along with the games it's easy to post many times in a short amount of time, nearly every time you visit.

But posting in itself won't clock up that much. Refreshing would only clock up a few seconds - not anything like 5 days in 11 days - I should think there's a time bug - also there's a very very annoying bug which is leaving my "posts since last login" list empty. Usually it happens once in a while, but it's been going on for days now and I am fed up wth it. I did email MB about updating the forum s/w - it is very very out of date - but he told me how to do it - and I couldn't understand what he meant.
