ya know wif 'bouts a hunnert more ye kin make ya a marinated kebab. i prefers grand mariner meself but drown em  marinate em in ye choice o bevrage.

(seriously soak your kebab sticks in the stuff-it does not take much like a few teaspoons( maybe a bit of water to stretch it if needed- in a long flat dish and plop those babies in and let em go for a while---- mmmmmmmm)
or just make marmalade wif it!
