Title: The Waters of Mars
Post by: Griffin NoName on November 15, 2009, 08:05:34 PM

So, a modern morality play, where even a nuclear device needs a yale key to get into the Tardis.

Ooo! Ooo!  Ooo!  A new Dr Who episode?  Is this a new"special" with David Tarrant?  Or does it have the New Doctor?  And how are they going to get around the tenth incarnation thing, anyway?

It's the pen-penultimate one with David Tennant. The other two are due at Christmas. And it's not going to help parents get their kids to eat more vegetables. I'll say no more (and that was in the advance blurb).

Not a problem yet. There are twelve re-incarnations giving thirteen doctors in all (witchcraft anyone?  ;)  ).

Besides, in The Five Doctors the Master was offered a complete new cycle of regenerations by the Gallifreyan High Council if he rescued the Dr.

Admittedly Gallifrey bit the dust in the Time War (and the Time War is itself timelocked), but these things have a way of working themselves out.

The ABC has started the "Coming Soon" promotions.  Can't wait, it looks good!

Nice cartoon. I usually find asking the doorsteppers whether they don't think it odd all the disciples had English names works long enough to shut the door, but this might be a more fun alternative.

Glad y'all enjoyed it. For those who are hoping to forestall door-to-door proselytizing, start here:

Don't think so. I had to look him up.  Judging by their property portfolios I think he's exactly the sort of prophet the C of E and Vatican like though.

Now I'm wondering if Dr Who is Keynesian or Friedmanite.
