I probably did.  I do get a kick out of the song, and this seemed an appropriate venue for it.

Hear us, Great Cthulhu
Tune: Onwards , Christian Soldiers

1.
Hear us, Great Cthulhu
Wake up from your sleep
Hear us calling to you
Rise up/And rise from the deep
We the loyal cultists
Dancing/raving in the night
See the signs, the time has come
Now the stars are right

Chorus:
Hear us, Great Cthulhu
Wake up from your sleep
Hear us calling to you
Rise up/and rise from the deep

2.
When the monster rises
Sanity will flee
On, then, all ye cultists
On to infamy
Earth's foundations quiver
At the cries of pain
Brothers, slay some victims
HE'll be back again

Chorus

3.
Like a mountain stumbling
Words describe him not
Nothing is left standing
Where His feet have trod
We are all demented
To have worshipped thee
Man's rule will be ended
Nowhere we can flee

Chorus

4.
Onward, then, ye cultists
Share Al Hazred's fate
Lose your soul and body
Feel the Old One's hate
That is surly not dead
Which can eternal lie
And with strange long eons
Even Death may die

Chorus

Splatter Hymn of the Repugnant Cultists
Tune: Battle Hymn of the Republic

1.
Mine eyes have seen the coming of the monsters of the deep
They are waking from their slumber and will break out of the keep
They will slaughter all things living like the wolves among the sheep
Our doom is close at hand
Iä, Iä, Shub-Niggurath (3x)
Our doom is close at hand

2.
I have seen it in the bonfires of the wicked cultists' camp
Seen the idol on the altar in the bayou foul and damp
I can hear their insane howling and their naked foot-soles' stamp
The stars are right today
Iä, Iä, Shub-Niggurath (3x)
The stars are right today

3.
Sunken city in the ocean will now rise above the waves
All the Deep Ones and the Star-spawn will crawl out of slimy caves
So our world will be their domain and the humans be their slaves
R'lyeh will rise again
Iä, Iä, Shub-Niggurath (3x)
R'lyeh will rise again

4.
I have read the Arab's ravings and their impact made me reel
There are forces in the cosmos with which humans cannot deal
Comes the monster from the abyss, we'll be crushed below its heel
Cthulhu will return
Iä, Iä, Shub-Niggurath (3x)
Cthulhu will return

5.
From the earth and from the water, from the fire and the air
Horrid beings will attack us, leaving nothing but despair
And the world all filled with terror that no human mind can bear
Our world will be destroyed
Iä, Iä, Shub-Niggurath (3x)
Our world will be destroyed

6.
Doom's discordant trumpet soundeth, it announces our defeat
Crawling Chaos will engulf us, there is nowhere to retreat
In mad triumph dance the flutists round the Demon Sultan's seat
Great Old Ones rule once more
Iä, Iä, Shub-Niggurath (3x)
Great Old Ones rule once more

The Woeshipper/Worshipper Song

Pundit:
President Bush's tax cuts, though their intent is laudable, are by no means  sufficient and far too biased towards lower and middle class incomes.Their potential positive impact on the economy is therefore highly jeopardized. We therefore repeat our reasonable demands to abolish all direct and indirect taxes on people with an income above [insert perversely high number]. But let's finish with some good news! Another welfare queen has been removed from the taxpayer's back by being run over by Newt Gingrich's personal Monster Truck. As always: Good investment and Hail Norquist!....
Do I have to do this? Do I have to write WSJ op-eds and chill for Grover on [insert channel]. That's not what I dreamed of when I sold my soul. I always wanted to be...
A Cthulhu Woeshipper! Dancing in rags  round huge fires in the swamps while helpless victims scream in agony; where elder beings come out of the dark to feast on their bodies and carry their souls to the Demon Sultan for the eternal flute concerto. The beat of the drum...The mad howling! I want to be there with a tentacled beastie by my side and we'd sing, sing...

Woeshipper:
I worship Cthulhu and am quite mad
He dreams in R'lyeh, although he's dead

Abominable Chorus:
He worships Cthulhu and is quite mad
Who dreams in R'lyeh although he's dead

Woeshipper:
I slaughter victims, dance round the fire
I wildly beat my drum
I adore Chtulhu's idol
Like all the cultist scum

Abominable Chorus:
He slaughter's victims, dances round the fire
He wildly beats his drum
He adores Cthulhu's idol
Like all the cultist scum
He worships Cthulhu and is quite mad
Who dreams in R'lyeh although he's dead

Woeshipper
I slaughter victims, I do the chant
For miles all dogs do bark
I don some red antennae
And whisper in the dark

Abominable Chorus
He slaughters victims, He does the chant
For miles all dogs do bark
He dons some red antennae
And whispers....in the dark???
He worships Cthulhu and is quite mad
Who dreams in R'lyeh although he's dead

Woeshipper:
I slaughter victims, I can my brain
Buzz through the nightly sky
I wish I were a Mi-Go
To Yuggoth I could fly

Abominable Chorus:
He slaughter victims, He cans his brain
buzzes through??...the nightly??......sky????

Tentacled Beastie:
Oh My! Wilbur! And I thought you were so beastly (and) aquatic! (rips off Woeshipper's head)

The Broken Seal
Tune: Morning has broken
T:Eleanor Farjeon (1922)
M: Scottish traditional, "Bunessan"

1.
The seals were broken
On the dimensional gate
Old Ones are woken
And full of hate
Now they can enter
From the immeasureable void
Into the center
To seal our fate

2.
Farewell to sunlight
Mankind is finished for good
Coming is dark night
Spilled is our blood
Great is the terror
As the mad Arab foretold
Through human error
Lost is the fight

3.
Who was that moron
Freeing the Old Ones at last?
The Necronomicon
He read aloud
From outer regions
That human eyes cannot see
They come in legions
We'll be devoured

4.
Let's praise Cthulhu
R'lyeh will rise once again
We're coming to you
Cultists we'll be
Fill us with madness
There's no way out, therefore we
Embrace with gladness
Insanity

Sunken R'lyeh
Tune: Stenka Rasin
T/M: Russian traditional

1.
In the ocean's deepest region
Lies the city of R'lyeh
In her center rests Cthulhu
Amongst ruin and decay

2.
Long ago she stood in splendour
Long before the dawn of Man
And Cthulhu and his star-spawn
Ruled from there with power then

3.
Oh, how mighty was the fortress
That no foe would dear to near
An the pre-Lemurian beings
Bowed before His throne in fear

4.
Oh, the terror of Cthulhu
Held in awe the planet all
But the stars in turning heaven
In the end brought His downfall

5.
If all wrong the constellations
Old Ones fade and have to die
Rest for eons without power
Deep in hiding they must lie

6.
Great Cthulhu called a council
Before he lied down to rest
To secure the resurrection
He did order what seemed best

7.
To the pre-Lemurian beings
And the Deep Ones he  then spake
"Thou should keep the old tradition
Until once again I wake"

8.
"Form a cult and teach them chanting
In the language of R'leyh
That I'm dead but also dreaming
And that I'll be back one day"

9.
"Evolution will not stop us
May one species fail and go
Teach the follow-ups the customs
To our idols they shall bow"

10.
"One far day however distant
Once again stars will be right
From my tomb I'll rise in triumph
Rule again with terr'ble might"

11.
Then he stepped into the darkness
Through that non-Euclidean door
Disappeared for endless eons
Great Ctulhu was no more

12.
Dark but splendid R'leyh vanished
Sank below the the howling swell
An noone except the cultists
Could of her existence tell

13.
In the ocean's deepest region
Lies the city of R'lyeh
In her center rests Cthulhu
Amongst ruin and decay

Cthulhu Dear
Tune: Вечерни Звон (Evening Bells)
T: I.Koslov; M: Russian traditional

1.
Cthulhu dear
Cthulhu dear
I'm filled with fear
Oh, don't come near

2.
From distant stars
To Earth you've come
Now you lie there
In your dark tomb

3.
You are both dead
And fast asleep
For eons now
Down in the deep

4.
In ocean's depths
There shines no sun
We in the night
Howl "Fhtagn!"

5.
We cultists wait
Since you have gone
For your return
And beat the drum

6.
When stars are right
We'll have vile fun
We will behave
Worse than a Hun

7.
You'll be back soon
The world to stun
Against your might
There helps no gun

8.
You'll rise again
Oh Great Old One
When you come back
We're really done

9.
Cthulhu dear
Cthulhu dear
I'm filled with fear
Oh, don't come near

Goat should like this cause it is based on a revolutionary song of 1848
Interesting for Americans: Hecker emigrated/self-exiled to the USA and was a strong supporter of Lincoln, raising troops and fighting in the Civil War.

Die Monster aus dem Meer
OT/Tune: Die freie Republik/Heckerlied
http://www.ingeb.org/Lieder/indemker.html
Alternative tune: Oh König von Preußen
http://www.strusel007.de/liederbuch/Volkslieder/koenig_von_preussen.html

1.
Am Grunde des Pazifiks
Und ziemlich JWD
Da liegt schon seit Äonen
Das finstere R'lyeh
|: Allwo Cthulhu träumet
Von seiner Wiederkehr
Und über ihm da schäumet
Das wildbewegte Meer :|

2.
Cthulhu kam von draußen
Aus weitem Weltenraum
Herunter auf die Erde
Sein Reich hier aufzubau'n
|: So jung war'n noch die Lande
Von Leben völlig leer
Es brach sich an dem Strande
Nur wildbewegt das Meer :|

3.
Das Stern-Gezücht Cthulhus
Es machte sich hier breit
Und suchte unverzüglich
Mit Ält'ren Wesen Streit
|: Es schritt alsbald zum Kampfe
Der Kontrahenten Heer
So wild daß bald zum Dampfe
Verwandelt war das Meer :|

4.
War'n Ält're auch geschlagen
Triumph blieb doch verwehrt
Man hört den Alten sagen
"Die Sterne stehn verkehrt
|: Wir müssen alle sterben
Und bis zur Wiederkehr
In Gräbern uns verbergen
Da unten in dem Meer :|

5.
Doch bevor wir gehen
Und legen uns zur Ruh
Muß noch etwas geschehen"
So sprach Cthulhu
|: "Das Wissen zu tradieren
Von uns'rer Wiederkehr
Solange wir pausieren
Verborgen tief im Meer :|

6.
Den Kult will ich begründen
Der uns Alte ehrt
Der soll dann verkünden
Daß wir sind unversehrt
|: 'Cthulhu liegt und träumet
Von seiner Wiederkehr
Und über R'lyeh schäumet
Das wildbewegte Meer' :|

7.
Doch wenn wir wiederkommen
Die Sterne zeigen's an
Wird grausam Rach' genommen
An dem der nach uns kam
|: Cthulhu wird regieren
Dann gibt's kein Halten mehr
Wird jeden massakrieren
An Land und auf dem Meer :|

8.
Die nützlichen Idioten
Die uns lassen los
Sind dann die ersten Toten
Hei, das wird famos
|: Ja alle werden hören
Von unsrer Wiederkehr
Bevor wir sie zerstören
Wir Monster aus dem Meer" :|

Translation
On the bottom of the Pacific rather far way
For eons already lies dark R'lyeh
Where Cthulhu dreams of his return
And above him foams the wild sea
Cthulhu came from outside from the wide outer space
Down here to Earth to build his empire
The land was still young, devoid of any life
Just the wild sea foaming at the beaches
Cthulhu's star-spawn took possession of the realm
And immediately looked for trouble with the Elder Beings
Soon the armies met in battle
So wild it was that the sea nearly turned to steam
Despite having beaten the Elder beings no triumph was in stock
One could hear the Old One say: Stars are wrong
We all have to die and till our return
Hide in tombs beneath the sea
But before we go and lie to rest
Something has to be done, thus spoke Cthulhu
The knowledge has to be kept of our return
While we have our break hidden deep in the sea
A cult I will found that honours us Old Ones
That shall tell that we are unharmed
Cthulhu lies and dreams of his return
And the wild sea foams above R'leyh
But when we come back, the stars indicate it,
Gruesome revenge will be taken on those that came after us
Cthulhu will rule no holds barred
He will massacre everyone on land or on sea
The useful idiots that let us loose
Will be the first to die. Hey, that will be splendid
Yes, all shall hear of our return
Before we destroy them, we the monsters from the sea

I have neglected until now those great travellers, the crustaceans/fungi from Yuggoth aka the Mi-Go
Here are two songs dedicated to them.

Take Me Home, Flappy Wings
OT: Take Me Home Country Roads
T/M:John Denver, Bill Danoff, Taffy Nivert

1.
In the great void distant Yuggoth
Darkened skyline, planes of frozen methane
Life is old there, older than on Earth
Colder than the arctic, raining nitrogene

Refr.
Flappy wings take me home
To the place I was spawned
Distant Yuggoth, Mi-Go homestead
Take me home flappy wings

2.
All in secret, caves in hillsides
Mining metal, human brains collecting
Light avoiding, buzzing through the sky
Shrine to Shub-Niggurath with a 1000 young

Refr.

3.
I hear a voice in the darkness how she calls me
The buzzing now reminds me of my home far away
Unfolding my wings I got a feelin'
That I should've flown home to Yuggoth. Yuggoth Ho!

Refr.
Take me home flappy wings
Take me home flappy wings

Mi-Go Travelling Song
OT: Long long journey
M:Enya (2005)
T:Roma Ryan

1.
Human beings light the lanterns
Night has fallen down
Through the darkness loudly buzzing
Mi-Go head for home

Refr. 1
Mi-Go journey through the cosmos
Long long way to go
But with our wings that beat the ether
To Yuggoth we're flying home

2.
Where this solar system endeth
Yuggoth has its place
Here the Mi-Go made their homestead
Suiting/fitting/proper to/for their race

Refr. 1

3.
We too worship Shub-Niggurath
With her 1000 young
And the Lord of sunken R'lyeh
Cthulhu the Strong

Refr.1

3.
On the Earth we dig for metal
In the Vermont hills
Any humans we catch spying
Get debrained or killed

Refr.2
Mi-Go came here out of nowhere
Long long time ago
But with some brains stored in cylinders
To Yuggoth we're flying home

Refr.1

In the refrain the emphasis is on the second syllable (YuggOth)

#54
Do wake up, Cthulhu!
OT: Gimme Hope Jo'anna
by Eddy Grant

1.
Well Cthulhu he is a monster
He ruled in R'lyeh with his vile Star-Spawn
He came to this planet from distant stars
Long before the human kind was born
He has a people they call the Deep Ones
Not a nice bunch I can tell you so
If you don't want a mutant child I say
Where they dwell you should not go

Refr.
Oh, do wake up Cthulhu
Wake Cthulhu
Do wake up Cthulhu
Cause the stars are right
Do wake up Cthulhu
Wake Cthulhu
Wake because the stars are right

2.
But then the stars moved in high up places
Formed constellations that for him were wrong
So after eons Cthulhu's reign did end
He had to lie down in his tomb
The mighty R'lyeh sank to the bottom
And few know still where is the place
Except by us secret cultists, oh
Forgotten is that alien race

Refr.

3.
The secret cult it did wait for ages
Did the rituals, howled the ancient chant
Cause it knows when the stars are right again
His coming back is close at hand
We dance around his blasphemous idol
In his honour we do beat the drum
Disembowel some helpless victims too
And pray that soon his rebirth will come

Refr.

4.
We will be there when R'lyeh arises
We will stand and wait besides the door
For a last time we'll chant that ancient verse
Like we did in the days of yore
Then Cthulhu will come to greet us
And our brains will simply melt away
Unprepared for the cosmic terror that
Will usher in man's final day.

Refr. (2-3x fading)

What a Blasphemous Cult
OT: What a Wonderful World

I see swamps of green
Red fires too
Threatening Doom
For me and you
And I think to myself
What a blasphemous cult

I hear cries and drums
Horrible rites
Alien chants
Far through the night
And I think to myself
What a blasphemous cult

The shape of that vile idol
So nauseating green
It shows an alien monster
As noone's ever seen
With a tentacled face
Like a reptiloid squid
I must really say
I hate it

I hear victims cry
See their blood flow
They suffer more
Than I want to know
And I think to myself
What a blasphemous cult
Yes I think to myself
What a blasphemous cult

Alhazred's Story
OT: Love Story

Where do I begin?
To tell the story of the monsters of the Deep
The Outer Beings that will haunt you in your sleep
The nameless horrors that from ancient ruins creep?
Where do I start?

Through the howling winds
The desert demons chant the secrets of the lore
Of alien life in space and at the planet's core
Of Yog-Sothoth who tries to break in through the door
It fills my mind

It fills my mind
With horrors yet untold
With flutes and drums
That praise the Gods of Old
It melts my brain
Too much to bear
And anywhere I go
I can find no rest
IT will find me
There will be no rest
I reach for my quill
I'll write it down

How long will I last?
Can any mind stay sane with knowledge as I found
I feel the vengeful spirits gathering/gather all around
I knew I'd die since I have heard that fateful sound
The Al Azif

Scream, victim, scream
OT:Kling Glöckchen klingelingeling
German Christmas Carol

Refr.
Scream, victim
Scream-a-scream-a-scream
Scream, victim, scream

1.
Beat the drums ye cultists
It's the time of solstice
Time for celebrations
Vile abominations

2.
See this loathsome idol
To our cult it's vital
It's our Lord and Master
Sibling of great Hastur

3.
Cthulhu he sleepeth
In the ocean deepest
But he's also dreaming
Hear the psychic(s?) screaming

4.
Fatal stars ascending
Mankind's rule is ending
Old Ones are returning
Keep those fires burning

5.
Dance around the fire
Join our ghoulish quire
Ph'nglui wgah'nagl
Cthulhu fthagn

6.
See on the horizon
Ancient R'lyeh rising
Earth and see are quaking
Master is awaking

7.
Oh our Lord Cthulhu
Hear us calling to you
See the victims suffer
Please accept our offer

8.
See us maim and slaughter
We don't give no quarter
Smell the victims bleeding
Star-Spawn! Time for feeding

9.
Rule of sword and fire
That is our desire
Your reign be eternal
Horrid and infernal

Loudly resounding the Drums
OT:Leise rieselt der Schnee
M/T: Eduard Ebel

1.
Loud(ly) resounding the drums
Out of the darkness it comes
Fog lies thick on the bayou
Cultists there call Cthulhu

2.
Hear the terrible screams
Victims are dying it seems
Inspector Legrasse will be late
None will he save from their fate

3.
See that idol of stone
Made in another eon
Hideous the monsters it shows
Nothing I know does come close

4.
Monsters slimy and cold
Ruled this planet of old
Currently they are asleep
Waiting in tombs in the Deep

5.
Hear the cultist choir howl
They feel close to their goal
Soon dark R'leyh will arise
Portent of mankind's demise

6.
Mortals, you have no chance
When the Old Ones advance
Put your own gun to your head
Better if IT finds you dead

The R'lyeh-aise
OT:La Marseillaise

1.
Arise ye cultists of Cthulhu
His resurrection is at hand
Through horrid nightmares he speaks to you
|: It's time to roam again the land :|
Prepare the drums and light the fire
And catch some helpless victims too
There in the midst of the bayou
Soon shall ring out again our ghoulish quire
|: Arise cultist mate
Let freely run your hate/And free let run your hate
Now rage and pound
Till victims' blood
Shall soak the thirsty ground :|

2.
Soon will arise our vengeful master
And will ascend his throne once more
Those fateful stars portend disaster
|: Of gnashing teeth and streams of gore :|
The Old Ones rise up from their city
And will again invade the shore
Oh, hear the star-spawned monster roar
It will show noone human any pity
|: Arise cultist mate
Let freely run your hate/And free let run your hate
Now rage and pound
Till victims' blood
Shall soak the thirsty ground :|

Moritat von Joseph Curwen
OT: Sabinchen war ein Frauenzimmer
German street-ballad (about 1849)

1.
Joe Curwen war ein übler Knochen
Ein arger Bösewicht
Für seine Seel' gäb ich keinen Groschen
Doch das bekümmert' ihn nicht
Hals über Kopf geflüchtet
Aus Salem kam er her
Um zu entkommen den bösen Gerüchten
Daß er ein Hexer wär

2.
Er lockte an die Nachbarsfrauen
Mit böser Schwarzmagie
Und hatt' er sie in seinen Klauen
Dann paart' mit Monstern er sie
Warn Kinder dann geboren
Welch ein Mutantengraus
Doch blieb nicht ewig ungeschoren
Der Unhold in seinem Haus

3.
Schon bald nach nicht mal 80 Jahren
Da ward entlarvt der Schuft
Da hat man es im Ort erfahren
Was er treibt in der Gruft
Man schrie "Genug vom Frevel
'S ist Zeit für den Garaus
Wir räuchern ihn mit Pech und Schwefel
Aus einer Bude raus"

4.
Gesagt, getan, es ist gelungen
Joe Curwen der ist tot
Doch hat ih nicht kein Mensch bezwungen
Der Narr in seiner Not
Er rief die bösen Geister
Zu seiner Hilfe an
Doch ward er ihrer dann nicht Meister
Und mußt' selbst glauben dran.

5.
Doch glaubet nicht das wäre schon alles
Nun da(ß) man ihn verscharrt
Es fängt erst an die Mär vom Falle
Des Charlie Dexter Ward
Der Bursch hat ausgegraben
Des alten Curwen Salz
Das sollt gereichen ihm bald zum Schaden
Und kosten seinen Hals

6.
Er ging dem Alten in die Netze
Und weckt' ihn wieder auf
Der würgt' ihn dann zu seinem Entsetzen
So endet sein Lebenslauf
Man soll doch nicht beschwören
Was man nicht bannen kann
Der junge Charlie ließ sich betören
Vom Plan, den Joe ersann

7.

8.
Und wie er stammelt jene Zeilen
Der Rächer tritt herfür
Der sprach "Du kannst hier nicht verweilen"
Und setzt ihn vor die Tür
"Geh hin zum Irrenhause
Und mach den Curwen kalt
Derweil ich schnell nach Europa sause
Und übe dort Gewalt"

9.
In einer Zelle im Asyle
Da saß der falsche Wicht
Zu ihm sprach Willett voller Kühle
"Du, Curwen, täuschst mich nicht
Und deine Spießgesellen
Die sind jetzt alle tot"
Der Alte ließ die Stimme gellen
"Zu Hilfe, Yog-Sothoth"

10.
Der gute Doktor hat's parieret
Ward nicht des Bösen Raub
Er hat das Verslein rezitieret
Und Joe zerfiel zu Staub
Moral von dem Gesinge
Laß Tote ruhn im Grab
Sonst zappelst auch du in Satans Schlinge
Und fährst zu Höll hinab

Rough translation
No attempts are made at finding adequate equivalents for grammar peculiarities or slang terms.
The specific Moritat style is quite inimitable in another language (even Mack-the-Knife loses a bit).
In the second stanza the ballad mixes the story as written with some elements from the Roger Corman movie (starring Vincent Price).

Joseph Curwen was really a wicked one, a bad doer of evil. I would not pay sixpence for his soul but he didn't care. As a refugee he came here from Salem to escape the rumors that he was a sorcerer.
He lured neighbourhood women into his house by black magic and (once they were in his claws) mated them with monsters. Children born afterwards, what horrible mutants they were. But the fiend in his house would not remain unpunished. Soon, less than 80 years later, the cad was unmasked. The townsfolk learned what he did in the crypt. They shouted: "Enough with that sacrilege. Time to do him in. With pitch and sulphur we will we smoke him out of his abode". Said, done, goal achieved. Curwen is dead but not defeated by no human. The fool in his distress summoned evil spirits for help but couldn't master them. So his time had come. But don't believe that was the end because he was buried. The Case of Charles Dexter Ward has just begun. The boy exhumed the (essential) salts of old Curwen. That proved to be to his own detriment and will cost him his neck. He walked in the old man's trap and reawakened him. To his horror he got strangled then and his life thus ended. Thou should not summon anyone you can't also put down. Young Charles was seduced by the plan of Joseph's making. The ancestor then took on the behaviour of his descendant and commenced his wicked work. But again someone found out looking in the right place. Down in the lab by chance or (help of) God Dr.Willett found the name of Yog-Sothoth. And as he stammered the verses, the avenger appeared. He spoke: "You can't waste time here", then showed him the door. "Go to the mental asylum and do Curwen in. Meanwhile I'll nip to Europe to cause some havoc there.". In a cell in the asylum the false scoundrel sat. Coldly Willett said to him: "You don't fool me, Curwen. And your  partners in crime are all dead by now." The old man's voice yelled "Help me, Yog-Sothoth!". But the good doctor parried and did not become the Evil One's prey. He declamated the verse and Joseph turned to dust. The moral of this singsong: Let the dead rest in their graves. Otherwise Satan's snares will catch you and you will go to hell.

It only takes a spark
OT: Pass it on/It only takes a spark
T/M:Kurt Kaiser(1969)

1.
It only takes a spark
To cause a gas explosion
Strong acid leaves a mark
Might lead to skin erosion
The worship of Cthulhu
Is not just harmless fun
It melts the mind
HE is not kind
You better start to run

2.
If you call Yog-Sothoth
No need to buy insurance
Should come the Elder God
It'll be beyond endurance
The worship of the Old Ones
Is not just harmless fun
We'll all go mad
And then be dead
We better start to run

3.
I wish for you my friend
To never meet a Shoggoth
And it would be your end
Encount'ring Crawling Chaos
Don't read the Book of Eibon
Though it might tempting be
When you find out
What it's about
It is too late to flee

1.
Ein Funke kaum zu sehn
Bringt Gas zum Explodieren
Und Säure auf die Zehen
Mag mild dich erodieren
Doch Cthulhu zu dienen
Läuft nicht so harmlos ab
Drum eile fort
Hör auf mein Wort
Sonst sparst du dir ein Grab

Hymn to Cthulhu
Tune: Greek National Anthem

1.
From your tentacles I know you
Lord Cthulhu, Spawn of Hell
Once this planet was below you
Reeking of your fishy smell
And you ruled in your great city
Ruled with terror to behold
|: Bound by neither law nor treaty
Hail Cthulhu, the Great Old :|

2.
From the stars you once descended
Made our planet your domain
Until false stars your reign ended
You spread terror, fear and pain
As you did in bygone eras
You will rule this world once more
|: Soon again you'll fill with fear us
Wade through rivers full of gore :|

3.
Still you lie there dead and dreaming
In the city of R'leyh
But already some are screaming
In their sleep filled with dismay
But we faithful cultist members
Know the signals that you send
|: Fires arise anew from embers
For at last our wait will end :|

4.
Lord Cthulhu we are ready
To obey your stern command
Northern winds are blowing steady
Soon in R'leyh we will land
On your tomb the seal is broken
Where for ages you have slept
|: When the huge gates will swing open
Out in triumph you will step :|

The Deep One Girl
OT:The Star of the County Down
T:Cathal Mac Gervey
M:Traditional (before 1726)

1.
Near Innsmouth Town, the old and run-down
Beneath a darkened sky
Form the ocean rose a being so gross
And she croaked as she passed me by
She was indeed from her clawed, webbed feet
To the sheen of her scaly head
Such a loathsome view that I barely knew
Would I faint, scream or drop right dead

Refr.
From dark R'lyeh to Y'ha-nthlei
On the shore and below the swell
No thing I've seen with a skin so green
And so putrid a fishy smell

2.
As she shambled off, her smell made me cough
And I gazed with an insane grin
And I says, says I to a passer-by
"Who's that maid with the scaly skin?"
He smiled at me, and he says, says he
"That's the daughter of Old Man Marsh
She's a Deep One, yea, from Y'ha-nthlei
So don't be on/with her looks so harsh"

Refr.

3.
Never-blinking eyes and a look so vile
And a smell of piscine decay
Each time that she croaked on her pulsating throat
Rows of gill-slits she did display
Her shambling steps leave the pavement wet
Where she goes stays a slimy trail
A blasphemous mock, of amphibian stock
As if out of a Lovecraft tale

Refr.

4.
I researched a bit, and I really was hit
When I found my ancestral name
And to my despair, I discovered there
That from Innsmouth my granny came
So I'm a man out of Old Marsh's clan
And the girl must be my great-aunt
My dear uncle knew, he shot himself through
For his world was tuned upside down

Refr.

5.
Once it's Halloween, she'll be surely seen
So I'll wear all my grandma's gold
With my gill-slits wide and pale scaly hide
For her croak that is slimy cold
I won't kill me for my sanity
Though my face shows the Innsmouth Look
I will go down there, start mating with her
On/Choose the path that old Obed took

Down in the depths quite far away
OT: Es steht ein Wirtshaus an der Lahn
Traditional German obscene song
(with hundreds of known stanzas)

1.
Down in the depths quite far away
There lies the city of R'lyeh
Cthulhu is the master
And when he wakes from his long sleep
It spells for us disaster

2.
Cthulhu also has a throne
From where he ruled the world alone
If someone was complaining
He ate his body, drank his soul
And thought/found that entertaining

3.
Cthulhu also has some spawn
With him it came before man's dawn
It swam around the ocean
But of its current whereabout
We don't have any notion

4.
Cthulhu also has a face
And in it he has tentacles
But don't call him a squiddie
Or you'll be torn to tiny shreds
And that would be a pity

5.
Cthulhu also has two wings
That here on Earth are useless things
Not quite aerodynamic
So he must walk or swim to where
He wants to cause some panic

6.
Cthulhu has a problem great
That to the stars is tied his fate
If wrong their constellation
He has for eons strange and long
To go in hibernation

7.
Cthulhu also has a chant
That only few can understand
And for the pronounciation
You'd need some vocal surgery
To make the right vibrations

8.
Chtulhu also has a cult
With rituals rated R (adult)
The cultists light the fire
Strip naked, dance and beat the drums
Their victims' fate is dire

9.
Cthulhu also has Deep Ones
That is of great significance
For while the Old One 's sleeping
In his dark city of R'lyeh
Someone must do the sweeping

10.
Cthulhu also has a grave
Where from intruders he is safe
For noone is yet able
To dive down where the entrance is
Whose lock is also stable

11.
Cthulhu also has a tomb
From wherein he plots our Doom
So horrid is his dreaming
That all the psychic'lly inclined
Do wake up loudly screaming

12.
Chtulhu knows the future well
He'll make our world a living hell
Once stars are in position
He'll wake up from his sleep again
Wipe out the competition

13.
Cthulhu, please, stay fast asleep
And do not rise up from the Deep
It would spoil my vacation
So I beg you: postpone one month
The final devastation

The Massacre of Dunwich
OT: The Massacre of Glencoe
T/M: Jim McLean (1963)

Refr.
Oh cruel is the god named Yog-Sothoth
So many have died in Dunwich
And cruel was his son that now is gone
(alt: And cruel was his child that has gone wild)
That slaughtered the people of Dunwich

1.
Please lend us your ears as our story unfurls
By magic It came from beyond to our world
The child of Lavinia the albino girl
That became the great Horror of Dunwich

2.
It came in the night when the town was asleep
This monster from hell and spawn of the Deep
It butchered the cattle devoured all the sheep
Then went for the tenants of Dunwich

3.
It came down the valley quite out of its mind
For since Wilbur's death it had not once dined
With numerous mouthes its body was lined
It sucked dry the tenants of Dunwich

4.
But from Miscatonic then Armitage came
A far renowned scholar the monster to tame
Well armed with some spells from the Book of Dead Names
To save what was still left of Dunwich

5.
On a barren hillside the monster did stand
And called on its father its doom close at hand
But to no avail for by spell it was banned
And gone was the Horror of Dunwich
