Hello dear Siblings,

I have missed your company during the past few weeks... I am hoping I am back on more stable way now...

this post is to ask for someone to share some light on how to post pics on the "Museum' ...

I can (obviously) post pics, but I can only see two galleries (Generic and Nature) am I doing something wrong???

I see what you mean. That's what I get, too, when I go to "Upload Media" in the sidebar.

MentalBlock may have blocked input to avoid problema with spam shots. Maybe he knows what's up.

I didn't block anything.  That software is old and cranky, like me. 

What categories do we need?

I was hoping to post my pic in the Siblings portrait category and some of my drawings in the art one...

Uploads still work, it's just a little difficult.  This isn't step by step but here goes.  Go to the Upload Media menu and pick a gallery.  There will be a some icons in the gallery content on the upper right.  If you hover over the one on the left side it will say upload media.  Just fill in the pertinent fields and upload.  Don't worry about messing anything up, I'll fix it if you do.

I think that what Stelli means is that she wants to put her photo in the Sibling Portraits, but when we go to Upload Media and try to choose a gallery we are presented with only two options: General and Nature.

I get this, too.

If you don't know then you're probably in

The forum is a different program from the website itself, both are integrated and some of us load the forum 'unwrapped' or without the website frame. That makes a little issue of being logged to the forum but not to the website or viceversa. In all likelihood you are in the forum via the front page hence it shouldn't be an issue to you.

I've gotten a lot more experience with Joomla 1.5, phpBB3 and JFusion.  When I get a chance to revamp the site there'll be a lot less problems.  I joined yootheme.com too.  There's some cool software on there.  I especially like there image gallery.  It's going to be nice.

I can't make it unwrap either- least not that I know of-- you aren't dumb at all. Usually when I have to do something on the computer I have to find the person who will stand by me and yell the least loudly "it's that button ye git!" to help me.
Just keep messing with it- you can't break it- trust me-- I think--
smoke is supposed to come out the vents-- right?

My link goes to the main page- I log in on the main page so I do think that is unwrapped-right....
