The temp. is hovering around zero during the days, very cold at night due to the wind but the smell of spring is in the air.I've noticed afew of the squirrels i've been fattening up in the autumn have not returned so i believe the winter was hard on the ones that forgot buried their  lunches.

Anyhow playoff time be a coming and the Leafs shall be in contention now that the Keon curse is over.

At the moment i'm listening to my cat snoring, far more agreeable than when then pass gas ,hiccup or burp or moan for hours to be let out(i'm serous they do these things).

I've been reading The Modern World ,the general editor beening Esmond Wright, a not so modern book published in the early seventies.Fabulous read for history buffs, very enlightening for me since it covers so many key people in many countries that i was not aware of.

Hello Toadies!!It took forever to login here (about six months) since Davel mentioned it to me.It is good to see so many familiar names.I've even been able to discern familiar poeple due to their style of writing or zany humour.
I'm just starting to stumble about here, this being my first visit after many failed attempts.
My appologies for being so tardy,i've just got myself back online this past friday and have only been to the previous site intermittantly since last June.
Thus said i haven't a clue regarding the politics of the pasta forum.I noticed a referance to onmia. What is omnia?

All the dental people i've ever met tell me that baking soda is all one needs for healthy teeth.
I heard somewhere some time ago that brushing with salty water works as well, i'm not sure why.

Tis I,Chow mein,I finally figured out how to get in here after Six months or so.

At the moment i've been trying to figure out what happen at venganza.
I must admit that the atmosphere there just isn't the same without many of the key people moderating as well as the wittier and constant posters.

As i get my bearings in here i'm certain all will become clear.


I have a question... I've been writing the "Pirate Chef bit for a year now(off and on) and i wonder if Bobby is going to sue me when i end it there to restart a new story line here (yes, i know, you ask ,"what story line"?).

Anyhow it is a good thing to see some very familiar names here ,I hope all of you have been keeping well.

I sold the house that has been keeping me away from posting on Dec 1 of '06. Now i can afford to pay for this internet connection and dont't have to work so much to eat or feed my little cats.
  Now i'm using the profit to commence much needed repairs to this house which once belonged to my dear ole dad.
I look forward to communicating with y'all again.
