How come they do degrees in northern-ness but not in East Anglian-ness?

I resent the implication that just anyone can sit on a haystack chewing sugar beet and going "oo-arrrh-urgelly-urgelly" without the benefit of proper training.

I was interested in the claim the course would debunk the northern stereotypes by..... (seems to me) introducing new stereotypes.....

IMO the only way to reclaim the north would be to get rid of Watford

I would have thought they were better off with the old "It shouldn't happen to a vet" flat cap  stereotypes than more recent newsworthy ones, but that's just my conservatism.

Be interesting to learn how many of David Hockney's swimming pool pictures were done on Tyneside though.

you see if Beagle were a troll (not that he is... a little misguided perhaps but generally lovely) what you saw there was the goat method of dealing with trolls. They jump on your bridge, giving it all that, and you just call em a blind willie and splat em right back where they came from!
