Toadfish Monastery

I was aware of Bart's passing thanks to some mutual Facebook friends, but I hadn't expressed my grief publicly until I began posting again at TOP a couple of months ago. One of my first posts over there was an original pun that I was quite proud of and Bart's sincere praise greatly encouraged me to become an active member.

In the back of my mind, I had always believed that we would eventually meet in person and the realization that now this would not happen was an emotional blow all its own.

Hello, all. I registered here back in 2009 but haven't checked in since 2010. If I remember correctly, Pieces was the one who invited me.

I met Pieces at TOP and I was active over there until late 2013. Needless to say, hearing of all those we have lost while I was on hiatus has been greatly saddening.

Hello again, all. Thought I would re-introduce myself since it's been a while since my last visit. (Looking back at the few posts I did make here, I realize that the only info I imparted was that I sometimes experience technical difficulties when joining forums.)

I plan on taking some moments to acclimatize myself by perusing more than a few threads, but promise to contribute when I think I have something meaningful to add. I have eclectic interests so I may jump around a bit and I have a tendency to wax verbose (for which I apologize in advance), but I am really rather amiable.

That was it. No wonder it worked for my first post, but not after I changed the theme.

Okay, I'm at my home computer now and I was still logged in at the main site. I clicked on the Forum link and got this:

I hit the back button and I'm back at the main site but no longer logged in. Then I went to the 'unwrapped' forum link to log in again and make this post.

Yes, I currently have the main site open in one window and the 'unwrapped' forum open in another. I had to log into each one separately and cannot navigate between the two.

Okay, I'm back at my work computer and everything seems the same as at home.

I can post a reply to this thread from the link Griffin provided that leads me to the unattached forum, but nothing else... (see chat box for remainder of message)

Good news, bad news.

Good news: I can see the entire forum from here.
Bad news: I can't see anything else.

Good news: I can still post to let everyone know that I'm stuck.
Bad news: When I just clicked on the 'Reply' button, I got kicked out and had to log back in.

Good news: I feel confident that the issue will be resolved.
Bad news: I have a sinking feeling that this is all the result of something I've done to myself.
