I'm guessing using a Geiger counter or something similar.  The thing was way to tiny to see visually.

But those devices (at least in the classical form) have a rather short range iirc.

They had a detector fitted to a vehicle with about a 4 metre range.  The capsule was found about 2 metres off the side of the road.

I make a point of never following links to the daily fail but this was not a direct link so I felt suitably distanced.

I should have a stunning headline about Covid springing out all over but I don't, although there was an interesting report on Scotland where there are hundreds of closed hospital wards due to Covid infections because no one wears masks (about which the CDC are trying to maintain N95's are no better than surgical ones). The mask wars continue, coming soon to a cinema near you.

Agreeing on is not yet electing.
Unless there has been a new development during the last night, they still have no new speaker since all candidates can only get a small majority within the House GOP conference but not the 217 votes needed on the floor. Just 5 GOPster objecting are enough (since all Dems vote against per default).
