confused

this format is a bit confusing to me, although I'm sure I'll get the hang of it eventually...

in the meantime, I can't figure out how to change my email... anyone who knows my new email and has access, or two can team up (one with the access and one with the adress) so to update my email so i can actually get the email updates and COME HERE MORE OFTEN.... I would greatlye appreciate it. didn't know where to put this or who to pm, so here this is:

You've got to click on Account Related Settings on the left menu in your profile, and after your done hit the button at the bottom of the page (Change Profile or something).
