Not too long ago I was in Bogota in an area with nice bars/nightlife and while walking out of one with friends we were peddled by an 'interesting' character claiming that the ladies in a particular locale were 'almost virgin' (in case you live under a rock, prostitution is legal in Colombia). I won't elaborate on the following discussion, just to say that I heard that one before.
