avast me hearties! It may sound peculiar and unlikely but i am spending the rest of today building a pirate ship for Bradford Mela

it is basically a two dimensional model about 8ft long with some sand and treasure chests in front and kids will get to dress up as pirates and have their picyure taken .

Any startling ideas of other things that might be good let me know!

For the kids, the figurehead should be the old woman who lived in a shoe.

possibly in honor of how many of us met include a fsm representation--- you know inspire those kiddes to fight global warming the pirate way--

some great help and inspiration here! I will post some photos when it is finished or you can all come from the 4 corners of the earth to Bradford Mela and we will have a group photo!

they have cancelled the blinking Mela because it is a bit wet. I now have a 9ft long pirate ship in my kitchen and nothing to with it. Anyone know a worthy cause to donate a homemade vessel to?

I even made a Kraken tentacle and all :'(

and bought loads of costumes for kids!
