There are some scary folks there, y'all. Everything from scary judges that might be on the Big Promotion list to people that have made billions by digging up all there is to know about YOU and putting it into their database. (Choicepoint guy. That's just scary. I know people that work for them, doing nothing but entering info from legal judgements of every kind into laptops, then sending the info to the 'home office'. Then they do other forms of court records. And then corporation buy that data, for whatever they want to do with it.)

Now that I have the time, I don't have the money. Come to think of it, I didn't have it before I had the time, either...

I was amazed at the number of companies on the Act Blue lists I already did business with (in my limited way.)

Well, the scary guys are really scary. The question is how many more like them in positions of power. I don't know why I'm thinking that the most scary part would be to know the percentage of people like that in high places.

Yes, indeed. Perhaps some day there will be enough information to put together a book of 'the bible through time', showing where, when, and by who each part was introduced.
