It looks like Bush did not issue any pardons for members of his administration but just commuted the sentences of two border gurards who shot a Mexican drug smuggler in the back.
I genuinely hope that this was his last fatal mistake and that it'll bite him and his accomplices in the future  :axe: :inquisition:

the Right is quite unhappy for Shrub leaving without pardoning Libby. They call it "a cloud over his head" for not doing the right thing  :stick: :soapbox:
