I hate to say that the effects of Purdue's simulation do not seem match the damage from the pictures (the pillars that should be broken and specific damage to the facade). Also it is interesting that the specific wing of the building up to the 3rd ring had fire damage as if the hit had been perpendicular to the building as opposed to the angled trajectory of the plane purported (those are my a priori observations).

The info on that last link is interesting and beyond their claims they do try to consider all the possibilities. The main conclusion from their site is that apparently a lot of evidence that could confirm or rebuke most conspiracy theories is 'sadly' (conveniently?) missing.
