Drugs+booze+sitting in one of those $1/10minute massage chairs for 20 minutes helped a lot. the chair was in front of the bar in the mall.

Now, I'm still not sure how I ended up at a bar in a mall....

That being said, it did stop the spasm.

I once went into a Sharper Image store with some friends.  They had these massage chairs.  My friends both sat in them right away--not me, I looked at the price.

After that, I refused to sit--my reasoning is that I might decide I had to have one of the over-priced things.    (you could have purchased a fairly decent used car for the same cash..)
