That cave looks interesting.

I imagine that is the kind of place where you go hunting for dinosaur fossils (I'd love to try it my self).

You can join formal excavating groups at Dinosaur Provincial Park, a ways to the south.  The only bones we found were cow.  ;)
The caves were undermined runoff channels, only a few metres in most cases and not too safe for exploring.

We found quite a bit of petrified wood:

It's 3 decades by now that I have been there, long before I learned even the basics of English. But it still looks familiar.

The aspitriglos is edible though I do not actually recommend it.

Those are some excellent shots. Canon Power Shot A480, eh?  Those little compacts do an amazing job.

I'd love to see that landscape; we don't have such large-scale scenery over here.
