It's harder to make it work than it seems, or better it's easier to make it not work.

In your case the link:

has  this part after the  v=

WnL9HRLNxIA

which is what goes in the youtube tag:

Code Select Expand

In some cases it's more confusing because there is garbage after the code:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WnL9HRLNxIA&whatever=somethingelse

in which case the trick is to take what is after the v= and before the &.
