It's an onomatopoeic word.  Also the album title from a band with a very cool drummer, and the name of a gravity-based game of skill.

Drummer Tre' Cool was the giveaway there. Good-ish album (their early stuff was better - men in their late 30's should stop selling angst-rock to teenagers, it's unethical).

Medical terms aren't probably the wisest choice given my job, but thanks to my advanced classical education I happened to know anyway that "l ogorrhoea" was Greek for "talking bollocks".
