This is a strange post.

It's not got any spam in it.

Last We don't want many other tinned meat products, either. Last night, I ate the gross and disgusting "Deviled Ham Spread" that Armour sells here and am STILL nauseated and belching. Post

Last I have been known to eat a tinned meat product simply called, "potted meat".  One wonders-- did the makers get the cows/pigs/chickens/whatever drunk before or after? Post

Last I read somewheres once, that chocolate was originally a spicy drink, flavored with cayan pepper and such....always wanted to try that, but the only commonly available choco 'round here is Murikin "milk" chocolate..... Post

The descriptions of that original stuff make me doubt that it could catch on even these days.

It was, and if you look carefully at the hot chocolate mixes come winter, there's one of the Hershey's Specialty kind that SAYS that exactly what it is, and it is TEH YUM!!

Vita Curator sent me some at Christmas a few years back, and it was lovely...the tastes really do compliment one another, especially if you're not a fan of heavily sugared chocolate to start with.

Last Dark chocolate lovers seem to really like it. Post

IMHO the average Hershey's bar is what McDonald's would do if they made chocolate.

Last can you tell how much I like Hershey's and Mickey D's?  Post

Then you're gonna LOVE what McD's has done to.....coffee.

In a bid to compete directly with StarBuck$ McD's has added "coffee bars" to many of their restaurants.  The beans are ground on site, at the time of creating the coffee drink.   Flavors range from expresso to "capicino" to iced coffees and so on.

Not the variety of StarBuck$ but a step up from their "24/7 never-cleaned pot burning the coffee in the back of the counter" coffee they were famous for...

Sadly?  I find their new coffee acceptable.   Why sadly?  It's too easy to get at (toss a dead animal in any direction, and you'll liable to hit the drive up window of a McD's....) but it costs more than that old nasty coffee they used to sell.... and I don't need to spend the extra $$...

Last lamenting the added temptation of pretty good coffee at McD's Post
