Best wishes for a quick recovery to SwatoMom, and tell her to do ALL the exercises and keep moving, and the knee will be fine. (Both Mom and Best Friend Laurel were too whiny/wimpy to do what they should have, and are still having problems. Other people I know that had replacements around the same time are playing tennis again...)

My knee, however, still looks like I am smuggling soccer balls.
