Walking along main street, in a VERY small town.  In fact it was so small, that it only had 2 streets:  Main Street, and the Hiway, which was at right-angles to Main.  The only street light is at that intersection.  As for which hiway, it's number is long forgotten; everyone just calls it "the hiway".

I was walking along Main, late one evening, counting the Street Lights.  When I was very small, they were powered by gas, and we called them Lamp Posts, then.

But, alas, as I kept walking, I came to the Last Lamp Post in town.
