J'ai suivi les courses de francais jusqu'a le fin de lycee... mais pendant les dix ans passee, j'ai oulblie beaucoup de que j'ai apprendi (et mon ordinateur n'a pas les cles pour les accents).

And I finished beginner Spanish.  I can say things like "mi coche es descompuso.  Perdi mi rueda"  And "soy alergico a los mariscos" (though I'm actually not).

I have a similiar problem. I was at a French lycee for three years, had my final exams in French and all. But in the past three years, I haven't spoken much French.

I met a few French guys a month ago and started to speak with them and I noticed that I had some difficulties with it (although I was drunk and that's when I speak all the languages of the world).

The interesting thing was that they said they wouldn't notice that I'm not French. They'd say I'm from the South of France somewhere, Marseille or similiar.
