It's just about 3.5 scrolls and I am aiming for 4.
By standards of antiquity that is still a short epic (not an epyllion, which would be 1 scroll max).

I'm impressed by all the creativity, even if you didn't write them yourselves. I offer up a rhyme my mother told me many times as a small child (me, not her). Here is her version which is slightly different to the original author's.

A centipede was happy quite
Until a toad in fun said
Pray which leg goes after which?

She lay dejected in a ditch

I somehow got bitten by the Limerick bug and wrote 7 yesterday.

A conservative priest in St.Anton
Always looking for something to rant on
But when his fornication
Became known to the nation
He had no more platform to stand on

A lioness which (who?) lived in Riga
Had to share once here cage with a tiger
They, from what I can tell,
Went along pretty well
She gave birth to a beautiful liger

A gentleman (married) in Scarborough
Was convinced that his wife's name was Barbara
But her passport did tell
That is really was Nell
He decided, he'd no longer harbour her

A vicar in Banyuls-sur-mer
Was pursuing a wily old hare
Which then hid in a brothel
For that holy apostle
To enter it would never dare

A lady-in-waiting in Perth
To a triplet of daughters gave birth
And the fathers were three
Which quite filled her with glee
The support payments grew her net worth

A crowd on the atoll of Rongelap
Saw with awe when the hydrogen bomb went up
But the fallout thereafter
Was no reason for laughter
So some nuclear daiquiris got on the tab

A hunter in rural Maylaya
Was famed as a great tiger slayer
But he was just a fraud
And the skins were all bought
When he ran in his village for mayor
