From my perspective, Icelandic is pronounced way differently even from Norwegian (phonation of German and specially Dutch is far more harsh [for my romance native speaker ears, apologies]).

Interestingly, Faroese and Icelandic have very different pronunciation but are difficult to tell apart in writing at first sight. In written form they are mutually intelligible but (I am told) not in the spoken form.
Due to some medieval scholar we know exactly how medieval Icelandic was pronounced because he wrote a treatise on it in Latin.
pronunciation shifted heavily in the Atlantic isles in post-medieval times but the language otherwise changed very little while continental Scandinavian did change significantly in both pronunciation and grammar (getting much sinmpler). The 'restaured' Norwegian Nynorsk (de-Danified would be the right term) looks quite similar to Icelandic but is pronounced like standard bokmål (which according to purists is danish with a decent pronunciation. Actual Danish pronunciation is an abomination to any non-Danish ear).
I think Norwegian is the least harsh of the Northern (Germanic*) languages.

There is a new ingenious method to keep case numbers down (in the statistics).
In Weld county, Colorado, the authorities have developed a questionnaire for the local meat plant to find out who is eligible for testing.
"Do you have symptoms?" "Does anybody in your household?" "Anybody you work next to?" "Anybody in the canteen at the plant?" etc.
If you answered yes to ANY of these questions, you are NOT eligible for testing.

Media checked that this was not a clerical error, typo or something like that but the county answered that it is meant exactly as written.

Consider switching to brass instruments. As long as you don't get promiscuus with the mouthpieces, you're pretty safe.

There is already a case in which they decided to sing 6'/2m from each other, someone had it, all of them contracted it and 3 died. Not pretty. Nope, no choir, cantor singing by himself and nothing the congregation can sing.

I may end up playing French horn for some numbers.

I fully understand where the problem lies. The whole helmet thing was naturally meant as a joke (unless we have a choir of astronauts on a spacewalk). In practice this would mean good closed headphones, a mike and sound absorbing material on the helmet inside.
